The excursion will consist of 4 separate trips to Julian Rock through Sundive in Byron Bay, with 20 students on each trip. On Monday March 13, 2023 there will be a morning trip (departing at 8:30am and returning at 12:15pm) and an afternoon trip (departing at 12:15pm and returning at 4:00pm).
This schedule will be repeated on Tuesday March 21, 2023. Students on the morning trips will attend Periods 3 and 4 when they return to school. Students on the afternoon trips will attend Hub, Period 1 and Period 2 before leaving for the excursion.
Due to the nature of this excursion, the dates may need to be rescheduled due to ocean swell conditions, poor weather, and/or low water visibility.
Students are to wear full school uniform and are to bring swimmers, towels, sunscreen, hat and water.
