Year 7 Transition - School Tour & Information Evening

As a student starting in year 7 at BCHS in 2025 we are pleased to invite you to our first transition to high school day,

‘Welcome to Ballina Coast High School’ on Thursday the 5th of September.

The program focuses on students becoming familiar with our amazing high school and friendly staff, ensuring each student has their best start to high school in 2025. This includes meeting staff, receiving important information about our school, learning about the subjects students will be studying, building connections with peer buddies and building connections with students who will be in their year group next year. The program commences at 10.00am and ends at 2.00pm. For some primary schools a bus will be available to transport you to BCHS and return you to your primary school. Details of bus travel will be provided by your primary school. Lunch will be provided on the day, however, you will need to bring recess and a water bottle. If you have special dietary requirements you will need to bring your own food. Please find below information about our other upcoming transition events.

Event 2: Subject Tasters, Thursday 24 October, 10.00-2.00pm

Event 3: Orientation Day, Wednesday 20 November, 10.00-2.00pm
