TSP students have the opportunity to attend a 2 hr coaching session with; The Rugby Speed Coach. He has created a session that will aim to enhance the students speed and agility across team and individual sports as well as developing their technique and efficiency when running. https://www.rugbyspeedcoach.com
The Rugby Speed Coach - Is running 2 x one hour speed for sport seminars.
Session 1 - 7:45am-8:45am (Rugby Codes)
Session 2 - 9am - 10 am (Soccer and S&C)
The cost for the session is $15 which is a 50% discount of the normal cost. This has been covered using Grant funding and TSP fees.
